Engagement Process

• We assign a Project Manager to interact with the Client, acquire Specifications, Design and Lead the programming team
• A detailed Project plan developed with formal Specification doc, Mockup screens and Timelines
• During the Project Implementation cycle, the Project Manager and Team Leader report regularly to the Client
• On Completion of the project complete support and long term maintenance is provided
• A dedicated team that the clients manage themselves can also be provided
• Fixed project budgets or hourly rate models based on Client requirements
